What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a finance and accounts role where I can strengthen receivables, credit control, collections, reconciliations, cash flow, and month-end reporting while collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.

I'm managing receivables follow-up, collections, billing disputes, account adjustments, and customer payment resolution for DHL Global Forwarding Freight Shared Services across the ASPA region.

Previously at CMA CGM Global Business Services, I prepared collections and doubtful-debt reports, reconciled debtor accounts, managed ageing and unapplied items, and supported cash-flow targets for major IFF and VIP customer accounts.

My experience also includes credit analysis, GST and TDS GL mapping, write-off processing, bank reconciliation, month-end close, MIS reporting, P&L and balance-sheet reporting across freight forwarding, shipping, trading, and finance environments.

I've worked hands-on with SAP FICO, Tally, Oracle ERP, Sage, Excel-based reporting, and internal collections tools including Get Paid, Lara, CIRA, and Ocean. I bring a dedicated, responsible approach with strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Manage receivables follow-up and collections within agreed credit periods, including overdue account investigation and recovery actions. Coordinate with Sales and business partners to resolve billing issues, disputes and outstanding balances.
