A discernible portion of my experience is in HR leadership functions, employee engagement/retention, HR strategies formulation, change management, stakeholder/vendor management, processes, and policies development.
7+ of experience in human resources management and organizational development have provided me with the experience, skills, and ability required to lead the human resource management team and help recruit and retain talented staff.
