Previously at Amazon Development India, I led a 25-member transaction risk operations team and reduced chargeback losses from USD 8,000 to USD 1,000 within seven weeks through coaching and process remediation. I also partnered with engineering teams to refine investigation-tool requirements and used JIRA and analytics to report KPIs and delivery indicators.

My international banking and payments experience includes settlements, reconciliations, transaction investigations, mobile money, card management, and correspondent banking operations. At Mashreq, I delivered a controlled reconciliation project for pending VAT transactions worth INR 3,000 Crore with zero-variance financial reporting.

I've led multi-country delivery across Yemen, Australia, Mongolia, Africa, and India, managed third-party partners, supported regulatory and PCI DSS requirements, and driven measurable operational improvements. I bring 15+ years of experience connecting delivery governance, financial control, risk management, and practical adoption outcomes.
