In my current Application Development Associate role, I develop and deploy B2C email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, turning business requirements into customer communications. I create personalized email content with AMPscript, SQL, and Data Extensions, including customer-specific details and invoices.

I build and maintain automated journeys and campaign workflows, and support Email and SMS setup, testing, and deployment. I also use Postman to validate API requests and troubleshoot data exchange, working directly with clients and cross-functional teams on SFMC solutions.
