I’m a results-driven Project Manager with ~4 years of experience delivering complex IT and digital projects end-to-end. I lead cross-functional teams, manage Agile sprints, and keep delivery tightly aligned to strategic business goals.
I author BRDs, user stories, and workflows, and I run sprint planning and backlog grooming in JIRA. I’m especially focused on stakeholder management—turning requirements into clear decisions while actively mitigating risks and issues.
In recent engagements, I’ve led end-to-end delivery of a luxury travel platform and supporting company website, including stakeholder sign-offs. I’ve also overseen Zoho ERP & CRM implementations by mapping business processes, coordinating UAT, and monitoring post-go-live performance.
