Shivani Thakor

I’m a Product Designer with experience working on complex B2B and SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on system-level UX, workflows, and admin experiences. Over the last few years, I’ve worked in an agency environment where I designed large-scale products under tight timelines, which pushed me to think clearly about prioritization, constraints, and tradeoffs.

One of my key projects was designing a full CX Admin platform covering multiple modules such as Feedback Inbox, Survey Management, AI Analysis, Service Desk, Reporting, Contact Management, Persona Management, Journey Mapping, and CX Settings. I owned the end-to-end UX for these modules, including user flows, information architecture, role-based access, and cross-module interactions. While the timelines limited deep validation, I actively documented UX gaps and future improvements, and I’m now evolving this system further as a personal product case study.

In parallel, I’ve worked on consumer-facing products such as a learning and gamification app, where I focused on user motivation, habit formation, engagement loops, and progression systems. This balance of enterprise and consumer work has helped me develop a strong sense of both usability and business impact.

I’m especially interested in:

• Designing complex workflows and internal tools

• CX platforms, SaaS products, and admin dashboards

• Turning ambiguous problems into structured UX solutions

• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

I’m now looking to move into a product-led environment where design is involved early in problem definition, not just UI delivery. I’m most excited by teams that value clear thinking, iteration, and real user impact, and I’m open to remote opportunities where I can grow as a product designer while contributing to meaningful products.
