What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in Banking Operations, AML/KYC Operations, Client Operations, and Risk & Controls.

At IDFC FIRST Bank, I manage day-to-day retail branch operations, handling around 40 banking transactions daily, including RTGS and NEFT.

I manage daily cash transactions of approximately INR 50–60 lakh and process clearing and cheque transactions, maintaining accurate documentation and following operational controls.

In my current Teller / Head Teller role, I also use TCS BaNCS, Salesforce, and Prime for banking operations and customer service. I received a Quarterly Award for Sales Performance while managing branch operations and customer-service responsibilities.

Previously, I handled customer service and operational activities for credit card products at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Finance Intern at Eicher VE Commercial Vehicles, I supported vendor payment processing using SAP and verified GST details and supporting documents.
