I define product success in measurable terms—tracking stakeholder acceptance, content clarity across iteration cycles, and coverage of regulatory compliance requirements.

One quarter is all it takes for me to drive independent cross-functional delivery—taking an AI guardrail framework from concept to client deployment by coordinating engineering, legal, and sales teams and unblocking delivery momentum without senior manager direction. I’m certified in agentic AI solution architecture and Azure AI agent development, and I stay grounded in Responsible AI using frameworks like the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF.
