I'm building MahaExam at Tracksoft Solutions, an online scholarship-exam preparation platform with mock exams, performance analysis, admit cards, and answer keys.

I migrated a production microservice from Java 8 to Java 17 with zero service disruption, and built Commission Management and AI-powered Distinct Question Generation using OpenAI APIs. I also use AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch to support scalable, event-driven applications.

At NICE Interactive Solutions, I developed distributed backend services for CXone Recording's Interactions Hub, which manages recorded calls, screen recordings, and chats. I delivered Billing, Retention Change, Export, Redaction, and Litigation Hold features, increased test coverage by 90%, and reduced deployment time by 40% through GitHub Actions.

Earlier, I worked on Enrol-Me, improving API response time by 40% by reducing database transactions. I enjoy building clean, reliable Java and Spring Boot services across the full SDLC, from requirements and design through testing, deployment, and production support.
