At Red Hat, I build backend services that simplify partner certification and data workflows. I created CERTOPS-BOT, reducing daily certification tickets from 10+ to 1–2 through RAG-powered answers over documentation.
I built partner APIs and a Unified Partner Service in Spring Boot, serving company, contact, product, and certification data across Red Hat systems. The service manages 1,000+ partners and 20,000+ certification cases through REST, GraphQL, JPA, Kafka, ActiveMQ, and OAuth2.
I designed the Certification Workflow Engine to move partner certifications from open to certified across more than 1,000 product workflows. I also worked on certification publication services, reliable scheduled jobs, Kafka consumers, PostgreSQL, Solr, and automated testing with JUnit and Mockito.
Previously at Amazon, I improved stow-scanner throughput by about 40% and built an AFT service with Spring REST APIs, caching, and SQS, SNS, and Lambda-based asynchronous reads. I enjoy building reliable, scalable Java systems that make operational work simpler.
