At Enlightening Spaces Private Limited, I managed end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding through separation, and kept HRIS records accurate. I also independently managed the Biometric Attendance Management Project, optimizing attendance tracking and reporting.
At Pramerica Life Insurance, I handled biometric attendance operations and supported a team of 2–3 employees with attendance and payroll activities. I also contributed to HRIS implementations, including HROne (Ramco) and Darwinbox, and re-engineered absconding workflows to accelerate full-and-final settlements.
