At Elbit Systems, I lead operational projects from customer order through production and delivery, coordinating manufacturing plants, engineering, procurement, logistics, production planning, business units, laboratories, and executive leadership.
I build schedules, milestones, and Gantt plans; monitor progress; present status to senior leadership; and proactively mitigate operational risks. I use LN ERP and AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and execution across more than 10 cross-functional stakeholders.
My work at Elbit Systems earned the 2024 Operational Excellence Award, and Israel Aerospace Industries recognized my significant contribution during the Iron Swords War.
Previously, at Hermon Laboratories, I coordinated PMO projects from planning through execution, produced operational reports, managed customer and internal coordination, and supported continuous process improvement.
