I’m looking to lead Agile, techno-functional delivery of enterprise applications—bridging business and engineering, managing stakeholders end-to-end, and improving release and production support outcomes through strong governance and leadership.

I’m a Project Manager with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications in the Government and Taxation domain. I lead techno-functional delivery that aligns business outcomes with engineering execution, with a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

At Infosys, I manage enhancements and support for the TRACES (TDS CPC) platform, leading a team of 15 direct reports. I’m responsible for project plans, effort estimation, sprint commitments, and release planning—driving delivery through Agile Scrum ceremonies and governance.

I work closely with Business Analysts, architects, QA, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure successful acceptance. I also conduct client-facing feature demonstrations, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable delivery decisions.

I take ownership of production support and issue resolution, and I’ve improved production issue resolution time by 25% through streamlined support processes. I’m a RISE Award recipient focused on leadership, delivery excellence, and continuous modernization.
