I’m an Agile IT Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master with 17+ years of IT experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programs across CRM, digital workplace, and infrastructure platforms. I lead distributed global teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive Agile adoption in regulated environments—translating ambiguous business problems into scalable, data-informed product roadmaps aligned with engineering, compliance, and executive priorities.

In my recent work at TCS, I led enterprise CRM and infrastructure modernization using Hybrid Agile/Waterfall across the full project lifecycle. I delivered an ERP modernization program 15% ahead of schedule, reduced delivery cycle time by 25% through sprint retrospectives and automation of progress tracking, and designed a compliance-aligned Agile delivery framework adopted across 5+ global business units to standardise governance and sprint accuracy.

I also coach Agile teams on Scrum and Kanban to improve sprint predictability and velocity, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and align release goals, scope, and backlog priorities with UI/UX, QA, and business stakeholders. Earlier, as a Software Engineer/Technical Lead, I developed enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate in Agile environments and supported CI/CD pipeline setup—bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
