I’m a Human Resources trainee with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I’m motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on building a professional career in Human Resources by contributing to organizational growth.

I have hands-on experience gained through field training, assisting with daily Human Resources operations such as employee records management, recruitment support, and general office administration. In my Human Resource Trainee role at Kilwa District Council (07/2024–09/2024), I supported activities including managing conflicts, handling employee record changes, ensuring employee relations, and maintaining effective office administration.
