My educational background from Moshi Cooperative University has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in human resources and contribute positively to any organization. I am passionate about social impact and community engagement, which drives my desire to make a meaningful contribution in my professional endeavors.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including Human Resources and Marketing Manager, where I successfully created job postings, managed applicant databases, and assisted in employee recruitment. My leadership skills were further honed while serving as a Field Research Team Leader, where I organized and managed data collection efforts.
