What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to HR, administration, finance, or operations teams—supporting recruitment, employee records, and payroll fundamentals—while improving workplace efficiency in a confidential, organized, learning-focused environment.

I’m a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) student at the University of Dar es Salaam, building my foundation through coursework in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Labour Laws, Payroll Administration, Accounting, and Business Communication. I also gained practical experience through a Human Resources Assistant role where I supported HR administration and day-to-day operational efficiency.

In my work, I handled employee record management and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality, coordinated staff schedules and operational assignments, and supported communication between management and employees. I also assisted with recruitment-related administrative tasks, onboarding support, and report preparation, and I strengthen my skills through leadership activities with the University of Dar es Salaam Human Resource Management Association (UD-HRMA), including training in Payroll Administration and Microsoft Excel.
