I’m a recent Psychology graduate with a keen interest in organizational behaviour, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing. I bring experience coordinating wellbeing initiatives, developing communication materials, and supporting project delivery.

As a Talent & Transformation Intern, I support organizational wellbeing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace health. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver employee wellbeing programmes and interventions, and I assist in developing communication strategies that promote participation and engagement.

Earlier roles strengthened my ability to work with sensitive people data and translate it into practical recommendations. I administered and analyzed Big Five Personality Assessments as a Healthcare Recruitment Trainee, collected and interpreted qualitative candidate data, and ensured ethical and empathetic engagement through professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality. As a Summer Intern, I reviewed governance, finance, HR, and programme systems and designed a comprehensive Policy & Protocol Manual with key recommendations.
