What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR support role where I can contribute to recruitment, onboarding, payroll documentation, and employee records while growing my practical experience and helping create a positive employee experience.

I've supported HR administration through recruitment, payroll data entry, compensation documentation, onboarding, and employee records management. During practical field training at TCAA in the Administration department at CATC, I gained hands-on experience supporting administrative functions with accuracy and confidentiality.

At the University of Dar es Salaam, I've contributed to student and community initiatives as a mental health educator volunteer, peer educator, and first-year registration guidance volunteer. I trained more than 400 youth and community members on mental health awareness, supported over 400 students during registration, and helped connect young people with relevant health resources.

I'm passionate about creating a positive employee experience and contributing to organizational success through organized, reliable HR support.
