What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Junior HR Generalist role where I can apply HR operations, people operations, talent management, employee relations, and digital HR service delivery skills while providing structured, proactive support for employee experience and HR processes.

At BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania, I manage end-to-end recruitment and the employee lifecycle for more than 100 employees, from contracts and payroll inputs to performance reviews, employee relations, and HRIS records.

I've supported regional and distributed teams through digital HR systems, virtual collaboration, and compliant HR processes. My experience across BRAC Tanzania Finance Limited and Longido District Council includes workforce administration, onboarding, reporting, stakeholder communication, and recruitment support, and I'm looking to bring this practical HR operations background to a Junior HR Generalist role.
