I’m driven to “work and collaborate with a team on a fast paced and shared focused goal to ensure customer satisfaction.” I focus on “providing a safe work environment for all associates,” while keeping day-to-day operations “enjoyable and productive.” My communication style is built from serving and bartending—helping me connect with patrons and team members to keep shifts running smoothly.

Since 2021, I’ve worked as an ICQA Associate in Amazon Fulfillment Center’s Quality department (ICQA), and I also serve as an ICQA Ambassador. My daily responsibilities include “Simple Bin, Cycle Count and SRC,” along with “problem solve, research desk and Bin Etiquette ensuring quality through out the building.” I take pride in maintaining standards and continuously identifying what’s needed to improve results.

In my Ambassador role, I teach and cross-train others, including “new starts and transfers ensuring new starts follow standard work and become successful in their new path.” I’ve also developed leadership strength through leading shifts with “clear concise direction,” improving communication across “different personality types” while supporting “up to 20 -25 people at a time.”
