I collect and prepare patient specimens at Synlab Nigeria while following infection prevention, laboratory quality, and confidentiality procedures.

I perform venipuncture, specimen labeling, patient registration, laboratory recordkeeping, and data entry, while supporting patients and answering their inquiries professionally.

My clinical laboratory background helps me understand medical terminology, patient confidentiality, and healthcare workflows firsthand. I use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and laboratory information systems for documentation and communication.

I'm extending this hands-on healthcare experience into remote telehealth, medical virtual assistance, customer support, and technical support work.
