I’m looking for a customer operations or customer service role where I can strengthen compliance-focused processes, improve service quality through accurate documentation, and use data handling to speed up resolutions.

I’m a Member Service Advisor with over 2 years of experience in customer operations, service quality management, compliance support, and data handling. I focus on accurate information delivery, timely issue resolution, and keeping records audit-ready.

In my current role, I handle high-volume inbound calls while meeting compliance standards and resolving complex service issues. I analyze healthcare claims to determine coding accuracy and alignment with policy, medical necessity, and contractual guidelines for 200+ claims weekly.

I’ve also served as a Customer Service Compliance Specialist, delivering quality support by resolving inquiries and documenting interactions with attention to detail.
