I’m a fulfillment and pricing specialist focused on the ticketing industry, helping teams deliver correct listings and smooth buyer experiences. In my current role, I handle ticket purchasing, event mapping, quality control, uploading tickets to vendors, and responding to buyer emails.

I specialize in primary ticketing sites such as STUBHUB PRO, SKYBOX, Vividseats, and Tickpick, and I’m comfortable completing critical tasks even when supervisors are out of the office. I bring strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management skills, especially when working under pressure.

Before this, I worked as a MAP DATA VERIFIER at the Philippine Statistics Authority—validating housing units by conducting inspections, verifying property ownership, and checking compliance with building codes and safety requirements. I also supported operations as a Secretary Assistant with Excel-based tracking, profit margin calculations, inbound call handling, and organized documentation.
