I'm looking for a remote executive or administrative support role where I can manage calendars, communications, reporting, and confidential documentation while supporting teams across U.S. time zones.

At Alexium Consultancy, I provided executive-level remote support to leadership and an active client base from 2019 to 2025. I managed 20+ weekly meetings across U.S. time zones and handled 40–50 daily client communications by phone and email.

I maintain CRM records and confidential documentation accurately, prepare weekly sales and performance reports in Excel, and conduct structured client follow-ups that support retention. I also improved digital filing systems to make workflows more efficient.

Earlier, I delivered independent virtual administrative and customer support, managing inboxes, appointments, digital records, and high volumes of email and messaging.
