What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven process engineer focused on operations support and process improvement across education, oil & gas, manufacturing, and service environments. I bring strong analytical and organizational skills, with a Lean Six Sigma mindset that helps teams turn messy workflows into repeatable systems.
In my current role as an RTO Software Management Consultant / Process Engineer, I manage LMS and SMS operations—covering enrolments, learner records, compliance documentation, and training administration. I also support eSkilled platform management, troubleshooting, reporting, and learner tracking, while coordinating ServiceM8 administrative operations and workflow scheduling.
Previously, I supported executive leadership and operations as a Process Engineer / Executive Assistant, delivering scheduling, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and operational follow-ups. I conducted process analysis, workflow optimization, and process mapping, and I prepared SOPs, business reports, and management-ready documentation to drive continuous improvement.
I’ve also supported oil & gas operations through audit coordination, vendor coordination, and non-conformance tracking (NCR) with CAPA status monitoring. Across all roles, I prioritize clear stakeholder communication, documentation management, compliance tracking, and practical workflow optimization that improves efficiency and delivery outcomes.
