What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-centered role where I can run POS, support clients, and keep operations organized—using my hospitality and administrative strengths to solve problems, build trust, and grow with a team.

I’m a customer-first hospitality and administrative professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments. Most recently, as a Head Cashier at Tornado Laundromat, I handle daily sales, run the register, manage inventory, and support customers through phone calls and service issues.

Across my experience, I’ve built long-term customer relationships by staying organized with orders and special requests, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining strong quality standards through daily and closing cleaning duties.
