What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support role where I can resolve Tier I user requests, provide remote troubleshooting, document issues clearly, and collaborate with engineering teams on escalations.

I'm transitioning from U.S. Army leadership and field operations into Tier I IT support, bringing disciplined troubleshooting, documentation, escalation, and customer-service practices.

In the Army, I supervised petroleum operations, trained personnel, maintained audit-ready records, and managed accountability for approximately 20,000–50,000 gallons of product in secure, high-tempo environments.

I've built hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory functions, remote support, and core networking concepts. I'm pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity at American Military University.
