I seek a collaborative NICU role where I can deliver high-acuity neonatal care, mentor staff, advance evidence-based practices, and support family-centered outcomes in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

I am a Registered Nurse with three years of neonatal intensive care experience, providing high-acuity nursing care in a Level IV NICU. I specialize in advanced monitoring, respiratory support, IV therapy, continuous assessment, and use EPIC for accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care.

I mentor and precept new nurses, earning recognition for teaching and clinical guidance, and I am committed to evidence-based practice, patient and family education, advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve neonatal outcomes.
