I am a Level III NICU Registered Nurse with extensive experience providing high-acuity care to critically ill and extremely preterm neonates, skilled in ventilator, CPAP/HFNC management, central line care, and complex medication regimens. I thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and use strong clinical judgment to detect subtle changes and initiate timely interventions.
I have also provided perioperative nursing care and served as an operating room circulator, and I have experience across telemetry, OB float pool, and NICU settings, giving me a broad clinical foundation and adaptability. I prioritize trauma-informed, family-centered care—educating and supporting families through bonding, feeding, CPR/safety training, and discharge planning.
Currently pursuing an MSN-FNP (expected Fall 2027), I hold a BSN and an AAS in Nursing and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications. I am committed to continued professional growth and delivering compassionate, evidence-based neonatal care.
