What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can own requirement gathering, BRD/FRD and RTM, work in Agile Scrum, and improve e-commerce/IT workflows through dashboards, KPI tracking, and process automation.

I’m a Business Analyst with 1.5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and process improvement in the IT and e-commerce domain. I create BRD, FRD, functional specifications, RTM, user stories, and process flow diagrams to help teams deliver business-driven solutions.

In my Wipro experience on the Gareloose Tool (Google) project, I conducted requirement sessions with moderation, compliance, risk, and operations teams, built and maintained the product backlog in Jira, and supported UAT/SIT execution. I also mapped As-Is/To-Be workflows, identified gaps like manual review delays and false positives, defined moderation rules and alert-handling workflows, and translated KPI/dashboard requirements into actionable reporting for continuous improvement.
