At Novigo Solutions, I lead product design for an agentic finance platform on SAP, from procure-to-pay to order-to-cash. I shape its architecture, PRDs, prototypes, and demo narratives.
I wrote the organisation's design standard for agentic AI in finance, now the reference for every new module. I also shape client proposals across the US, Europe, the GCC, and Asia-Pacific, and led the winning AI proof-of-concept bid for Intertek.
Across ERP, product, and transformation work, I've designed solutions in finance, procurement, insurance, HR, healthcare, and the public sector. My work includes ERPNext process design, a cloud retail POS, and a blockchain patient-identity proof of concept.
