At Dell Technologies, I own the customer experience layer of agentic AI chat assistants on Dell.com and the Premier B2B commerce portal. The assistants reached 800K+ users and handled ~1M conversations in Aug–Sep 2026.

I launched an agentic CPQ workflow on Premier that lets B2B sales agents configure products, apply pricing, and share quotes in one AI conversation, cutting configuration time from 2–4 hours to under 30 minutes. I also shaped chat workflows for orders, product recommendations, troubleshooting, and handoffs to live agents.

Before that, I managed Dell’s MySales app and CTS quoting platform, and owned SAP MyQuotes CPQ for 32K+ monthly active sales users. At EMC / Dell EMC, I redesigned SAP SSC configuration logic, reducing monthly quoting errors on Data Domain products from 100+ to under 10.

Earlier, I worked on Oracle Retail pricing and integration systems at Tesco and built Java workflow applications for GE. In independent projects, I built an AI PRD generator, a RAG-based career navigation platform, and a Telegram household task bot.
