I am a registered nurse with extensive bedside experience in renal/dialysis care and urgent care settings, committed to delivering optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and teamwork.

For over seven years I have worked in hospital environments including the country’s largest hospital, managing daily unit operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring infection control and equipment readiness in a 12-bed dialysis unit.

My clinical skills include IV therapy, medication administration, blood transfusion, dialysis monitoring, and comprehensive patient assessment, supported by BLS/ACLS and targeted training on Fresenius dialysis machines.

I bring strong communication, documentation, scheduling and risk-management abilities, and I seek to leverage my dialysis expertise and leadership to contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care.
