I am a Senior Partner Ecosystem professional with 12+ years blending software engineering, technical integrations, and partner success for B2B SaaS and IoT platforms. I build programs and infrastructure that turn ad hoc support into near-zero escalation ecosystems.
At Allegion I owned the full partner ecosystem program, onboarding 40+ developer partners across 4–6 product integrations and creating the developer portal, onboarding playbooks, internal runbooks, and partner knowledge base used daily by internal teams and external partners.
