I paused the feature roadmap to harden a platform in constant incident churn; after we added monitoring, fixed autoscaling, and blocked scrapers and bad actors, it went eight weeks with zero incidents.
I support teams consolidating legacy services company-wide, guiding migrations designed to minimize downtime; dozens of services shut down in the past year. I also own the platform from AWS infrastructure through the design system, including services behind a marketplace where over 100,000 active pros a month receive at least one lead.
I led Angi’s shift to agentic engineering and built cloud agent infrastructure with Slack, Jira, and GitLab integrations. As the quality of agentic engineering improved, production incidents affecting conversions fell by two thirds over six months.
