At PartsTech, I established the partner-integration function for the Partner API, defining its lifecycle processes, governance, and technical documentation for shop-management systems including Tekmetric and Shop-Ware.

I built exact order-attribution analytics across partner orders in OpenSearch, distinguishing API-driven from web-UI order flows. I also built MCP servers that expose internal admin, Salesforce, and OpenSearch systems to AI coding agents.

Previously, I created a Python SDK for ArmorCode’s REST API and integrated CodeLogic’s software into prospect CI/CD pipelines. At Accusoft, I redesigned onboarding to take weeks instead of months and wrote tools and dashboards to monitor and refine KPIs.
