I’m a customer support and operations leader with 16 years of experience across customer service, technical support, sales, leadership, project management, and remote operations. I’ve built and coached multilingual teams and improved operational workflows while driving customer satisfaction and handling high-stakes escalations.

In my recent roles, I led Arabic & EU support teams at iHerb by monitoring KPIs, managing escalations, and elevating the customer experience. I’ve also managed onboarding and retention as a Customer Success Manager, and coordinated training operations as a Class Coordinator—always pairing customer focus with disciplined execution.

Beyond support, I bring cross-functional experience in sales support, project coordination, and agile delivery. From agency operations as an Agency Owner / Operations Manager to facilitating agile workflows as a Scrum Master, I’m motivated by clear metrics, effective team coordination, and scalable processes that help customers and teams succeed.
