At Willis Towers Watson (LifeSight), I created and implemented a programme Assurance Dashboard and integrated RAAID control framework for a multi-workstream business and technology integration programme. I also developed programme-wide risk, issue, action, decision and dependency processes to support executive decisions and delivery assurance.
At Barbon Insurance Group, I provided governance across six Strategic Programmes and introduced a change management framework. I created portfolio reporting and meeting governance, including Steering Committee materials and consistent RAIDDDA logs.
Across roles including Yorkshire Housing, Lowell Financial and Elanco, I established programme governance, managed budgets and resources, and supported complex transformations and integrations. At the Vehicle Certification Agency, I delivered a Proof of Concept for a legislation management system that led to a delivery partner being engaged to develop and deliver the new system.
