What I'm looking for

I’m looking to return to a full-time technical leadership role where I can lead engineers, improve delivery and incident practices, and stay hands-on building resilient SaaS platforms.

At Talis Education, I led a platform team of six and chaired incident reviews for a 24x7 rota of ten developers, helping maintain 99.99% uptime against a 99.9% contractual target. I introduced AWS CDK and an internal constructs library adopted by the full 30-person development team.

I’ve grown engineers through continuous one-to-ones, role-based sprint planning, mentoring, performance reviews, and hiring. Two developers were promoted within roughly a year of joining, while I also improved incident processes by reducing review meetings from around 90 minutes to 20.

At Parsons Group, I’m the sole developer of an event-sourced, fully serverless AWS platform used daily by external contractors. Earlier, I built a multi-tenant SaaS platform single-handed at Opilio Technologies using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Vue.js.
