What I'm looking for

I'm relocating back to India and am looking for my next opportunity there. I'm an Indian citizen with no visa or work-permit dependency.

At Concirrus, I lead four squads through four Associate Engineering Managers on a multi-tenant insurance platform serving 20+ enterprise clients. I helped drive responsible adoption of AI-assisted engineering across every squad, contributing to roughly 3x delivery velocity.

I partner with Product, Compliance and senior leadership on roadmap planning, delivery and cost decisions. I also drove a modular, integration-first architecture that delivered a new platform capability in four weeks, and helped reduce AWS costs by about 30%.

Earlier, at Core Value Technologies, I managed engineering teams on UK financial services and insurtech platforms. At SuccessData, I built the observability stack with correlation IDs across requests, cutting MTTR from 1–2 hours to minutes; at Fetch, I built Node.js GraphQL microservices and integrated Stripe payments.
