What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can support recruiting, onboarding, implementation, and operations while improving workflows, coordinating teams, and helping insurance organizations meet staffing and compliance goals.

At Infinite Odyssey, I manage recruiting for insurance agencies, guiding candidates from outreach and screening through interviews, placement, contracting, onboarding, and training.

I also support Medicare sales operations at Echelon Insurance, coordinating agent onboarding and training, tracking KPIs, resolving CRM and enrollment workflow issues, and communicating compliance requirements. My experience includes educating Medicare beneficiaries on coverage options and completing accurate, compliant enrollments.

Across remote executive support and market management roles, I’ve kept teams organized through scheduling, documentation, workflow coordination, employee training, reporting, and process improvement.
