What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in operations management, HR strategy, or programme leadership where I can strengthen systems, lead cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and deliver effective results across complex multi-country operations.

At UNRWA's Microfinance Department, I led strategic planning and oversight for a $13M+ multi-country budget across the West Bank, Gaza, Jordan, and Syria. I advised senior leadership on workforce strategy, restructuring, and resource optimization while strengthening compliance and internal controls.

I've coordinated HR, finance, and programme teams across geographically dispersed operations, supported transitions to SAP, and aligned human and financial resources with programme priorities. Earlier, I managed procurement, vendors, assets, logistics, executive communications, and strategic reporting at UNRWA.

Beyond UNRWA, I delivered fair-trade projects, built partnerships with NGOs and international stakeholders, and helped connect 100+ local producers with global buyers. I'm committed to operational excellence, gender inclusion, and community leadership.
