Served as the HR focal point for Ramallah and Jerusalem offices, managing recruitment, contracting, induction, learning & development, leavers processes, and HR planning. Owned end-to-end recruitment for the oPt country office, including onboarding for national and international staff and ensuring adherence to SCI policies and procedures. Led onboarding and retention operations for new hires and initiated customer onboarding in collaboration with other teams. Managed technical follow-ups and disputes/escalations, onboarded 300+ international customers, and achieved an average response time of 35 seconds while handling QA and compliance.

Drove organizational success through strategic hiring, updating the HR manual, enhancing job structures, and leading team recruitment. Managed extreme work conditions, took ownership of the HR department during major changes, and handled employee documentation and requests.

Handled HR and administrative responsibilities including payroll preparation, interviews and recruitment, terminations, and employee health insurance. Supported onboarding through onboarding packages and provided HR administration support while resolving employee requests using MenaITech.
