I own the technical design and governance of enterprise BCP/DR solutions for Dell’s global Finance portfolio, balancing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. I manage annual BIA maintenance, drive end-to-end RTO/RPO alignment, and coordinate remediation when recovery targets don’t hold.
I also run tabletop exercises, work-area recovery drills, and technical recovery simulations—including annual Call Tree exercises across 500 recovery team members. During major incidents and DR events, I serve as escalation point and command center, translating ISO 22301 and NIST SP 800-34 guidance into practical controls and corrective-action tracking.
