Deepak Mahajani

I’m an Operational Resilience Leader with extensive experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Governance Risk and Compliance. I act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and risk committees, helping shape strategic decisions on operational resilience, crisis response, and business continuity across global financial institutions.

In my roles, I’ve directed global crisis management oversight, owned end-to-end BCM planning (including BIA, recovery strategy design, and BCP maintenance), and led enterprise-wide scenario planning and testing across the Operational Resilience lifecycle. I guide implementation from identifying Important Business Services through to impact tolerance and scenario testing, support third-party resilience and cyber threat intelligence integration, and lead regulatory audits and remediation programs aligned to PRA, FINMA, APRA, RBI, and DORA.
