What I'm looking for

I'm building a career in Human Resources and am eager to contribute to an organization's growth while continuing to learn and develop my professional skills. I'm interested in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Training and Development, and HR Analytics.

At Radient Security, I trained and mentored HR interns in Recruitment and HR Operations, guiding them through job descriptions, job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

I also conducted onboarding and orientation sessions and provided hands-on training in HRMS tools, employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
