What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality strategy for high-scale product or platform teams, building automation-first, shift-left practices and partnering with Product and Engineering leaders on risk-based release decisions.

At Nykaa, I own quality and release risk for Tier-1 Cart, Checkout, Payments, User Services, and B2B platforms serving millions of monthly users. I lead a 25-member, multi-team QA organization and scaled automation coverage from 0% to 80%.

I improved release success from 35% to 91%, reduced regression cycle time by 40%, and helped increase releases from bi-weekly to weekly. I partner with Product and Engineering leadership on risk-based ship/no-ship decisions and redesigned quality gates around executive alignment.

Previously at Tokopedia India, I established QA standards across Payments, Fintech, and Lending, drove 100% in-sprint automation, and helped build and scale the India QA organization. At 1mg and Paytm, I led test strategy for healthcare, OAuth, and payment systems, including scalable UI and API automation frameworks.

I focus on making quality an engineering-wide responsibility through shift-left practices, CI/CD quality gates, observability, and AI-assisted test design.
