What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own due diligence, draft and review transaction documents, and support dispute resolution—working closely with senior counsel in fast-moving corporate and cross-border matters.

I’m a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in corporate transactions, where I support due diligence and draft transaction documentation. At BNS India, I’ve prepared due diligence reports and helped manage execution of transaction documents, coordinating with clients, banks, and counsels.

I strengthen deals end-to-end by analyzing material contracts and deal-critical records like real estate inputs, board resolutions, permits, and insurance. I also drafted a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) for an acquisition on a going-concern basis, supporting clean transfer of assets, liabilities, contracts, employees, and goodwill.

My dispute and research background runs parallel. I assisted on an international arbitration matter, and during internships and externships I researched legal questions across IBC, CIRP, stamp duty obligations in IFSC, ESOP-related share transfers, and RTI queries under Section 2(f) of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

I bring a strong drafting and accuracy mindset from legal internships across corporate, regulatory, and cross-border work—including facilities agreements, NDAs, and legal memoranda. I’ve also developed advocacy and structured legal thinking through moot courts and contributed to publications and law-fest leadership.
