Researched SEBI Takeover Regulations for listed target acquisitions, analyzed open offer obligations and exemption conditions, and researched sector-specific issues including mining policies and the Indian Trusts Act, 1882.

Drafted due diligence sheets including trademark status sheets and lease/rent agreement summary sheets for target IP and real estate diligence.
